Help me remember a book title

This is a precision riflesmithing book by an Australian author I believe. It was a rather expensive book but those that had it thought it may be better than Hinnants book. Was claimed to have the how to's as well as the how comes on things to do and why you should do them at all. I cannot recall the title to save myself! Thanks much for anyone that can steer me to it with such a terrible description!
