Help me pick a 7mm

slim13, I'd suggest you look at RWS 9.3x64 Brass for a better Banana Peel for your 7mm.

I do not get this whole switch lug thing, personally.

If a guy wants a couple of barrels for his rig it couldn’t cost much more to just buy a barrel vice. I know a few guys that have barrel vices on their hitch, or mounted to steel on the tailgate.

I think it’s a much cleaner look.... but diversity drives the industry, so I’m not really complaining just don’t get it.

Makes barrel changes easier. I don't plan on changing barrelsnat the range. But however. When I do change barrels. I don't wanna have to pull the whole thing apart and get the barrle vice and tools . Just loosen, unscrew, drop in New barrel, and rezero

Agree to disagree then... nothing wrong with having an opinion.

I guess when you generally have a barrel nut in a savage anyway, the switch lug doesn’t seem so out of place.

I’ve gotten to be kinda snobby about receivers, and prefer the look of an integral lug setup.

They’ve sold a truckload of switchlugs, so you can’t be “wrong.”
