Help identifying sight

after reading a few of the articles on the main sight, i came acros the sight attached. Just wondering who makes these and where you can buy them.

Where did you find the picture? I wonder if it is custom - sure looks like the rear mount from someone's benchrest scope rig. The iris is standard, the shade could be easily made. Be very curious to hear from others.
