Help identifying scope rings

I have a set of 1” and a set of 30mm. Both fit an Anschutz dovetail rail. Any idea who made these?
Thanks,
-Trevor

Look like 'vintage' Kelbly rings to me Trevor. The numbers to indicate matching pairs, as can be seen in the 3rd pic. I have some of these circa 2001. I don't know if Kelbly makes them any more... this style does not appear on their website. The Kelblys are a nice bunch, and I'm sure they'd be happy to discuss if you're curious.
