I was rummaging through a box old cartridges for something cool and found a couple factory 219 Zippers then this caught my eye/

Semi pointed soft point .221 bullet, steel case , 711 61 headstamp(googled as a 7.62x39 round) it doesn't appear to be a reload.

6mm ARC left unknown right



I've been told it was developed in the 1950s in Russia for running boar competition, any other thoughts?
