Help identify this 6BR full length bushing die

Going through my "junk box" I came across this unmarked die. I had a piece of tape on it that said 6mmBR and thats it. It uses bushing and has no expander ball. The adjusting nut is Hornady because I use them on all my dies.

Harrells, it should have a number stamped on the base of it as well.

It does, tiny but its there looks like either 815 or B15.
Curious who made it as its a really nice dies and resizes like butter. Not sure why I'm not using it but its back in use now!

I've never used an expander.

Heck yeah, not sure how this made it into a "junk" box but it turns out there was a few things in there I have been looking for!

It sizes the base 1.5thou more than a saami die
