HELP-fireforming .243 ackley

I would like some help on fireforming to .243 ackley with the cream of wheat method. The fast burning powders I have on hand are: clays, hp-38 and hs-6. will any of these powders work, and how many grains of each?

Thanks in advance,

Tony.

I have used Red Dot to fireform some of my cases for the 243 and this is how it worked. I first filled a case with Red Dot to the mouth, then dumped it into a pan to weigh. My case held ~30 grains of Red Dot. So I started with 10.0 grains of Red Dot filled with COW and pluged it with a small wad if tissue paper.
The new case was not quite what I was looking for so I bumped the powder up 1 grain at a time until I would get ~ 80%+ of the shoulder formed.
Now when I form new cases I aneal them first and load a 87 grain V-max on top of IMR4350 and shoot some P-dogs. Works just the same and is much more fun.
