Help contacting a customer

Received funds for a rest top from J.King. I don't show an order from him. No contact on the check or return address on the envelope. The envelope was canceled from Richmond, Va. I would like to send product to him, but do not know where to send it or what post size that he needs.
Please tell him, if you know him, to email or call the number on our website.
