Height above neck/shoulder junction?

I will be sending Dave Kiff 2 dummy 6XC rounds next week and I've pretty much settled on the Berger 88 LD and the Sierra 107 bullets as I already have plenty of both. What's the typical minimal recommended height above the neck shoulder junction? To compensate for throat erosion I would like to keep as much bullet in the neck as possible.

I would want the bottom of the bullet's bearing surface,or pressure ring on a flat-base) no closer than .040" from the neck-shoulder junction. I think .075" is even better and that doesn't use up that much of the neck.
