Headspace gauge interchangeability ??'s....

Was looking at Pacific Tool & Gauge's website this mornin'. They list all the Bench Rest cartridges,22, 6mm, and 7mm) as using the same headspace gauge. Apparently they are interchangeable, is this true??

Midway has the PTG gauges listed under caliber specific and different part #'s. Kinda got me wonderin'... They are out of stock on the 6BR. Could I subsitute a 22BR or a 7BR gauge??

Anyway, original question was are they interchangeable??

Dave Kiff at Pacific Tool and Gauge,from whom I bought my 6mmBR reamer and Headspace gauge) advised me that the gauge he supplied is compatible with all the standard BR cases. This includes the 22, 7mm and 30BR.

The answer to your question is YES, unless you are talking about some type of improved cartridge like a Dasher or 6BRX.

Yep, I'm talking about the PTG BR gauges. If they are all the same/interchangeable, I will pick up whichever of the three is in stock.
