HBN and a new barrel

Can a person break in a new barrel with hbn or should you shoot 50 or how many naked bullets before going to coated bullets. DG

I've broken in a bunch of barrels using Danzac coated bullets and actually prefer it to doing it naked. The flame and heat are doing much more to break the barrel in than the additional friction of a naked bullet. JMHO..but it works for me and makes the process faster and easier.
