• Registration will be open from April 18 through May 15.
• T shirt included with match fee. Registrations after May 15th may not end up with a shirt.

• Equipment Rules:
  • Equipment will be limited to bi-pods, slings and one bag. Since the beginning, the spirit of Hawks Ridge Steel Matches has been about practical marksmanship and our scoring and rules emphasize and reflect that spirit.
  • We will enforce a maximum power factor of .300 Win Mag and no muzzle velocities higher than 3,150 fps. This is for the safety and health of both shooters and targets. Any shooter damaging our targets will be asked to reimburse the club for the target at cost.
• Match happens rain or shine as long as we can see the targets and there are no active thunderstorms that are threatening the safety of our shooters.

Reminder: Rule #1 HRGC is a cold range. This means either the bolt has been removed from the rifle or bolt is locked to the rear AND has an empty chamber indicator (ECI) clearly visible to all at all times. Regardless of rifle type, the ECI needs to be highly a highly visible indication that the rifle is incapable of being loaded. Any violation of this rule, i.e. guns with bolts closed or without ECF away from the firing line i.e. cleaning stations or to and from vehicles will result in a disqualification and removal from the range.
