Hawks Ridge IBS Match Canceled for Saturday March 21

The IBS 1000 yard Match at Hawks Ridge Gun Club for Saturday March 21 has been canceled and will be reschedule at a later date .
After much time and consideration of everything and everyone it is believed to be in the best interest of our shooters that we abid by President Trumps recommendation as well as the IBS recommendations to cancel events of 10 or more people . It is expect for the governor of NC May make some more unpopular but probably need restrictions in the next few days. We all want to think this is just another virus and I hope it is but we don’t know either we can only trust the people that the President is trusting and hope it’s to much and we get back sooner than later with fewer people sick or dead . Beside we always say after that first target of the year my stuff wasn’t tuned just didn’t have time so now you got time . Please all be safe and again our shooters are worth more than a few matches.

I understand you guys making the decision to postpone are put between a rock and a hard place with all that is going on and would rather carry on business as usual. But, with all the State and Federal warnings you really dont have any choice. No one should hold it against you for postponing. Samuel Hall

Hawks Ridge Match 2 has been canceled as well . Until the Governor lifts the stay in place and allows gatherings high enough that the staff feels it will be ok to hold a match.
Again the safety of our shooters is still on the top of our list all we can do is hope and pray that this mess is over soon.
