Having issues with Hornaday and Lapua brass.

I was recently loading some 6.5CM and 6,5 x55, and had issues with the brass buckling when I seated the bullets. Had 3 in each one, out of 100, the 6.5 cm was hornady brass and the 6.5x55 was Lapua, and was loaded with hbn coated bullets. The hornady was new brass and the 6.5 Swede was once fired, neck sized. Never had any issues like this with any other brass, thoughts?

How much are you squeezing down those necks?? What's the neck OD of a fired case? What's the neck OD of that case sized? And what's the neck OD of a loaded round?? That would tell us a lot

If you turn the die down on an empty case, you can feel the crimp ring engage, then back it off a turn, lock it down, and back out the seating plunger too, and then screw the plunger down to get to where you want for seating depth, not the die body.

This is a good solution.
