Most of you who shoot a lot understand ever once in a while you have to take time to do something fun. Today John shot the change from my pocket. Unfortunately the penny and the dime were so light they didn't end up in the catch bucket we set up. Here are the remains of the quarter and nickle at 50m with John's FWB smallbore and eley ammo. The quarters size is now down to a nickle from the penetration. The nickle he was just a little off center mass so it deflected. Back to targets tomorrow with a postal due. It was fun watching him shoot.

Only in America does someone get assistance buying a rifle and use it to shoot money.....lmao

Every time I go, I spray the range with money! At 30-40 cents a bullet, it adds up. I pick up the range brass to get some back.

Right now John is getting ready for Fort Benning for the USA Shooting pistol /rifle championship, June 21. He is in the 3pos 50m class. We come home for 1 day then to Camp Perry for the 3 pos sporter air championship. John has nexer shot 50m but started practicing 2 weeks ago and is doing good. Standing is tough, but it's a stamina issue& you only get over that by doing it. It's going to be brutal in full gear with Temps in the 90s. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Said as I fan my self drinking ice tea.
