Yes quite successfully. Actually this is the best donor brass to convert. It takes a few steps and care to not fold in the shoulder as it is being moved back.
I start out on the first pass with my Whidden bushing die with no bushing. I use imperial wax for the case sizing. I then wax a case up by hand. Put it in the press and start moving the shoulder back a little at a time. After each partial stroke I pull the case out and rub the wax around and go again. It usually takes about 3 times to get the shoulder back. If it isn’t creased then that is in the good pile. If it is creased it goes to recycle. I usually gat above 80% good shoulders. Once this step is done it is smooth sailing to trim, go to 6 mm and then neck expand in order to neck turn.
I use Lapua for matches but this formed brass is for 100 yard practice in position. For this I cannot tell the difference in performance

Yes and they don’t. They also create a lopsided case so concentricity is bad. Since I was getting over 80% good why worry.Have you shot the creased shoulders to see if they iron out?
