Has anyone ever seen a Leupold Mark 4 LR/T with this medallion on the parallax adjustment

Never seen one like this before. I know I can call leupold to run the serial #, but just curious.

The gold color has been removed. It also looks like it has endured some rough treatment.

Reckon I'd be talking counterfeit with them.

Call them; turrets look wrong as well and they have had a history of counterfeit issues.....

Looks fine to me but personally I would call them to get history of scope.

I'd get the serial number and then call Leupold to confirm it is their scope.

Looks like it was beat up and scratched so they sprayed over it to cover the scratches and scrapes. Medallion is probably still gold underneath. All my Leupolds are older Mark 4/M1's and don't have the gold or the medallion.
