Has anyone else noticed the Labels on Berger .224 90gr. VLD

I had a question about the labels on the 90 gr. Berger's I have been buying The question I had was about the Berger labels on the boxes of .224 90 gr. VLD's. Lot # 0000311 . I purchased these from Sinclair and Powder Valley. I have gotten bullets from this lot number that were marked " For 1 in 8" twist or faster BC.= .471 and also "For 1 in 7" twist or faster BC= .517".
Question#1 Is this a labeling error ?
Question#2 If this is a labeling error how did one lot number have boxes of each label ?
Question#3 If this is not a labeling error has Berger just changed their recommendation and if so which is it?
Has anyone else noticed this besides me?

Thanks,
Rodney

I might be WAY OFF here.. but I 'm thinking the faster the bullet is spinning the better BC it will have just like with different velocities.

It won't be the first time I'm wrong.. Thats if in fact I'm wrong on this one.
