Has anyone burned Re#16 in a 220 Swift

What bullet weight are you thinking about? I think unless you are using bullets in the 70gr weight range, RL16 will be a little to slow.

Well someone on Face Book said "That's the load Mark Zuckerburg uses " just kidding LOL... No but seriously a poster posted a picture of a tight cloverleaf group with 42.5grs of Re#16 pushing a 55gr Speer TNT at 3800 FPS. So Midway had a sale of $12 bucks per hundred. I bought them up and will shoot them thru my new 1895 soon as I receive shipment of rifle.

I like H-414 in my Swift and 22-250AI,not to say I wouldn’t try some of these newer Reloder #s.That some of the fun of getting a new rifle, finding out what works best.

H4350 and 55 Berger & Tipped Varmageddons work great in my 220, I'm going to try RL16 when I can find some at the local dealer. My load of H4350 is over book recommended and is curiously equal to the Speer online data max of RL16!

43.4 gr @ 3876 fps, SD 8 fps

What kind of velocities are we talking about with some of these new powders? I’ve also been considering switching to one of the newer temperature resistant powders in my Swift.
But for me personally ..... if they don’t offer the velocity (and accuracy) that the mighty Swift is famous for than I’ll stick with the old standards.
I’m thinking of 55 grain bullets running at least 3800 - 3900 FPS and 50 grain bullets 3900 +
Just my opinion, ymmv

I’m using H414 in mine now, still sometimes use 4064.
I tried Hunter but didn’t get the velocities that I wanted.
