has anybody used midsouths bullets

jonbearman

I live in new york state, how unfortunate !
Is there anybody outhere that has used midsouth's bulk varmint nightmare bullets. They come in 20 caliber and 22 cal. hope to get some feedback on them being used in .223 and 22-250. thanks

I bought some and went back and bought a 2k ct box. tried out the std 55gr sp's and found them to very accurate in my 22-250. Not a target bullet with a BC that will get ya the X count, but an Awesome bullet for the price!!

I want some more.

Have used both the .20's and .22's in various rifles, and I was able to find an accurate varmint load for them. To me, they are like the old Hornady SX bullets - cheap, accurate, and very explosive. Priced right, too. I think you'll like them.

I pretty much have the same experience as everyone else. I used the 50 gr. in a 223 AI basically for fireforming brass. I was pleasantly surprised by their accuracy. They will not be the most accurate bullet you will use but it's hard to argue about the price. They are more than enough bullet for hunting accuracy.
Right now I have 500 34 gr. 20 cal. for my 20 Tactical.
