This is a Hart front rest for rifle bench rest shooting with a fully adjustable top including a 2 1/4" wide sand bag. Comes in a custom plywood box. Has a cast iron base with adjustable feet for leveling and mariner wheel for vertical adjustment. Weighs about 30lbs. Was also made for Sinclair Int. Current full retain for rest w/top and bag $385. Seems like a fair price to me. I have the same Sinclair Windage Top on the same Hart pedestal. It's not as fancy as these newer rests, but it works just fine.
