Harris- McMillan rifle HELP !

Hello , I found a RH bolt action rifle today with Harris-McMillan on the LH side of receiver and Talon on the RH side . I found listing's in Gun Blue Book for Talon Sporter but here is where I get lost. The caliber is 222 Remington and if original the barrel was tapped for front and rear sights so here is where it gets interresting only calibers shown to have been made is 22-250 thru 416 Remington. None with a small bolt face. Action is a copy of a pre 64 Winchester. Do I have something really rare ? It has initials on grip cap like maybe a Special order. If someone has info or like rifle give me a heads up.
