Harrels/JLC 6br f.l. dies

Am looking into the harrells or the jlc full length 6br dies. Can anyone tell me if these dies allow the bushing to size all of the neck or can you adjust them to only partially size down the neck?

Chris, all of the JLC modified Body Dies I've had done size the entire neck length, which is how I've asked Jim to do mine. The sizing button 'floats' a few thousanths to allow it to self center on the case neck. A quick email to Jim would confirm whether he does them to size only a portion of the neck. Sorry..can't help with the Harrels.
