Harrell's Turret Press?

It's possible but the press isn't designed for large cartridges.
You could neck size up/down and bullet seat.
But you won't be able to FL size/bump a 284 case.

Pick up a larger press for that.

I have a Harrell turret that I use quite a bit, and although I use it for my PPC almost exclusively, I don't think that there would be a problem with a larger case. Years ago we used to talk about the great leverage of presses like the Rock Chucker. This was needed because we didn't have a clue about the importance of matching FL dies and chambers, and expander balls were pulled back through necks that had been severely sized. Today I have dies that fit my chambers and require much less of a press, and I do all of my load development, and most of my loading)at the range, which makes the Harrell's turret, with its built in clamp, quite handy. The other thing that I like is being able to switch back and forth between seating and sizing dies without loosing my die setting. If you are not ever going to load at the range, there are three presses that you might look at. The long time standard Rock Chucker, The Bonanza, a great press, but don't use one for expanding necks prior to turning), and a new press that I have had a good report on from a well known bullet maker, the Lee Cast Iron Classic. As it stands, My Rock Chucker gets little use, because I find it a bit much to haul to the range, particularly since I have two Harrell presses that are so much handier for that purpose.

Thanks for the replys! I have a Rock Chucker and Dillon 650. I am loading for 223, 308 and 6.5x284. Looking at Turrets to eliminate all the die swapping, losing settings, etc. I was sold on the Redding Turret until I found the Harrells. On the 6.5 I am neck sizing, bullet seating and the occasional bump. I really like the reviews on the Harrells and price seems close to the Redding. So, it seems the Harrells will do the 6.5x284 w/o any problems? I load everything from the bench at home. So, size really isn't a concern at this time. Thanks!
