Harrell's Precision Service is #1

I sent brass to Harrell's Precision via UPS Priority Mail on 3/7. Got a new FL sizing/bushing die in the mail today, 7 days later. Invoice was inclosed. How many vendors treat their customers so well? It is GREAT to deal with a company like this, only wish there were more! The price was in the same area as a Redding or Forstner, when you look at the delivered price.

I bought my powder measure form them about 15 years ago. Called them up and they did not have any assembled but had all the parts, told them I was in the area and he said "well come on by I'll have one together when you get here". This was on a Saturday and they were not open, got the measure a brief look around in the shop and a cover for the measure his wife was making at the time.

Got my 6.5x47 size die to match my fired brass in 3 days. Have had excellent service form them in my dealings with them.

Good people to deal with! It's called customer service, wish we had more vendors like them.

Dusty, I know they have them in stock, but to drop everything and ship the die within 24 hours of receiving the brass, is pretty impressive to me.

I agree to the Great Service! i've purchased 2 arbor presses from Henry over the last few years and received a few days after order.
Have a couple of their FL dies as well in 6BR and 6.5x47.
