Harrell's Precision Press I.D.

I have what I believe to be a Harrell's Precision Press. It has no labeling on it at all. Is it a clone or an early prototype?

We'll it looks like a Charlie hood press to me.but after taking a picture of a hood press there very similar to each other.

Its a pretty close copy but it has a different handle

It has the same round headed Allen screws as my press did. I changed them to flat headed screws so it would bolt up against the loading bench. Bought it used at the Cactus shoot a few years ago.
