Harrell's Precision Premium Powder Measure. It looked like new, but I unscrewed the bottle, and there were a few grains of powder in it, so I guess it's used, but like new! I guess some of them don't have the cap in the top of the bottle, but this one does! $225 plus $15 shipping.
