Up for sale is a used Harrells powder measure. I’ve never used it. Got this with a big group of equipment I bought quite a while ago. It’s time it went to someone that will use it.
Please look at pics and if you have any questions I’ll try to answer them. I’m not familiar with this dispenser. One question I wondered about was why are there four holes in the end of the measuring adjustment knob and only two set screws in there.
