SPF Harrell's BR Premium powder measure. Works excellent, very repeatable. Recent complete disassembly and cleaning, original Harrell's baffle still in place. It's been well used and has some character marks. Comes with drop tube and your choice of either the 'seasoned' round bottle or a new square Nalgene bottle. $150 shipped to the lower 48.
