I wanted to let other members know of a great experience I had today. I decided to buy my first chambering reamer for a build that I am having done so I placed a call to PT&G. All I can say is "WOW". The extremely nice lady that took my call answered as many questions as she could, all the while I could hear the phone ringing in the background, and never once did she try to rush me or act put out by my questions. When she realized she couldn't answer some of the questions she said that she would see if Dave Kiff was available. I thought she was going to get the answers and get back to me, but, Mr. Kiff himself picked up the phone. What a super nice and patient guy. I told him what I was looking for and what I was going to be shooting and he told me exactly what I needed. The reamer is going to be built and expedited so the very nice lady told me she would check and make sure they had the material the for reamer and go gauge and call me back. well about 15-20 min later she calls and informs that it was in stock and they would start making everything and get it shipped out in 24-48 hrs, she even had the work order filled out, all I had to do was give her my personal info and that was it.
Sorry for being so long winded, but, I read so much stuff about members having bad experiences I thought it would be nice to let other members know that there are still great companies with great people still out there. PT&G definitely has my business from now on!

I have also had great experiences with PTG.Dave is a great guy to talk to about what you need. I know he is very busy but he is always willing to talk and answer your questions for you. Good luck with your build.

Dave really is a great guy who likes to be involved in the business as much as possible, especially when it comes to helping someone bring a cartridge idea to life

I know some say they have not had 'good' dealings with PTG but with my dozen or more conversations with Dave personally about the only thing I can say he didn't do was offer to buy me a plane ticket to visit with him and see his business Talking with him about 2wks ago now it sounds like he has some new stuff coming down the road and I can't wait to see all what it is!!!!! I honestly think he has cloned himself cause I have no idea how he gets anything done with all the phone calls he personally deals with. Always reading of someone telling someone to "call Dave Kiff". Can't imagine how he keeps his head straight with everything on his plate daily? Never have had to call him back the second time as the advice/recommendations he has given me have always worked and/or solved my dilemma!

I have used Kiff reamers for many years now...never a problem,,,fast service ,,,he is expert at sizing the base of ctg so you dont get "klik" on opening the bolt,,and he can tell you the ammount of FB tht will work with any bullet,,,,Roger
