Vendors here in the US recently started receiving H4895 after a long drought. Because it has been unavailable for some time, it is disappearing almost as fast as it hits the shelves. My best advice is to get on a waiting list and/or backorder it, (if you can find vendor(s) that will allow you to do that). Further, check with the major online vendors several times a day for the next few weeks and hope you hit their site while the H4895 is still in stock. The only observation I can share is that when a powder such as H4895 that has been unavailable for a long while suddenly shows up at one or two online vendors, it will probably also be shipped to many of the other vendors within approximately the same time frame, so you need to search diligently while the chance is still high that it will also show up at other vendors. Items such as H4895 that have been unobtanium for a while tend to disappear within minutes as soon as people find out who has it in stock.

What do you mean by, can't find it anywhere?
You haven't found it for months or not now?
Have you been looking the last week?
It showed up at quite a few places last week.
If your looking for a hard to find bullet, primer or powder, you just can't hope to find it.
You need to be on everyones email list and signup on one of the bot sites.

They just did a run first time in a few years i think. It was on powder valley and hodgden a few weeks ago. I check local sportsman's weekly and haven't seen it.

I just ordered 5 pounds from here.
Not a great deal, after Hazmat, shipping, etc, $61 a pound.
But I ordered it anyway, as I need some for 6BRA testing.
Sadly, that’s just what it’s going to cost now.
They are already out of it from what I understand.
