H4350 in stock

I have always wondered what the difference is between the h and imr. I know the imr is supposed to be slightly faster (i have heard). Is it basically the same powder?
 
Some say it is more temp sensitive than H 4350, an extreme powder, but I havn't heard much complaint. It is appearently made in Canada and is much more available here. Some H4350 seems to be comming available in 1 pounders. Not much nore shooting this year, so hopeful for a good supply for next season. Mike
 
The last thing I will do is to pay more than list price from bruno.I remember those who raised their price's way up and gave pale excuse's as to why.Most distributers charge about the same as before obama scared everyone,some price's have gone up,but not ridiculously.This is why I do all my business with Powder Valley,they are nice and go to extrordinay length's to ship exactly the way you want or need it.They held my 8#'s of IMR4350 for an extra 2 weeks due to my bank card being cancelled due to a cyber attack on my local bank.
 
Kudos for Powder Valley, these are the folks that I will remember when this madness ever ends, which I don't think will end for years to come. I won't say what I feel about Bruno's but I'll do without before I buy from them.

Powder Valley and 3rd Gen reloading.... these are the two that I watch closely. Ordered from both in past two months, both were very courteous and professional. 3rd Gen has a good bit of powder available right now too... especially IMR .

They are top notch guys especially the older guys that have run the store forever.

They never jack prices and carry a good mix for hunters, br guys, and tactical shooters - not to mention the very nice trap shooting stuff they carry.
 
just got my 8 pounders from Powder valley and noted a huge savings of about 75 dollars an 8 lb keg.for 4350. A lot cheaper and better service than Bruno's for sure, and so just ordered more in 4831 and will be happy to take it from them at the substantial savings they offer over bruno's.

Just curious. If PVI is not accepting backorders (according to their homepage) how did you just order 4831? The don't show any H or IMR in stock.

I'd love to do business with powder valley, but unless I get there within picoseconds of them putting a new shipment up, all I'll ever do for business with them is stare at "out of stock" notices. I guess by only doing business with distributors who haven't jacked their prices, I can stare at my vast collection of nothing.

I don't know who you are, and i don't care who you are. You come on here and tell the whole world so and so has xyz powder. The last time you said Recobs had Varget. All that powder went out the door on internet sales(hoarders), not 1 lb. was sold to any local customer. Keep it to yourself.

Not true, at least not in my case. I noticed that post, and was able to get ONE 8 pounder that will last me well over a year thanks to that post.
