H&R Model 12 Extraction Problems

I have a H&R Model 12 that refuses to extract a fired round. If anyone has had a similar problem please let me know what you found. I’ve replaced the extractors, recontoured the extractors with no success. It will extract Eley fired rounds about 50% of the time. Zero precent with Lapua fired rounds.

Clean the chamber and polish it.

Dry firing will sometimes cause a burr under where the firing pin hits on the back of the barrel. Check for a burr here and remove it.
