H&R Mod 12 ejection question

Do all Mod 12's fail to eject. Not every time, but enough to make you angry. Is there a fix. Looks like the ejection nubs are of equal length. Seems like the left one should be longer, thereby kicking the ctg. to the right and out of the rifle. ?????????????????????????????????????

Never had problem with extraction or ejection , I have 4 that I shoot , they are my new FAVORITE 22 .
Make sure your extractor springs are not gummed up . I think you are confusing extracting and ejecting . The extractor length has nothing to do with kicking it out. Check your chamber for burrs , firing pin that has hit the chamber, and double check your extractor springs.
I will be interested in buying if you want to sell.

It doesn't bother me, but sometimes my M-12 throws the empty case into the scope mount and it falls back down into the action. Is that what happens to yours?

I wish it was an extraction problem. It fails to eject the spent cartridge. Will check the bolt extraction springs. Maybe one the extractors in the bolt is weak. It shoots well and I only use it for our monthly shoot, so I can live with it if I have to. I just don't want to.

The extractor springs on my H&R M12 were gummed up. Removing the extractors was easy once I found this document on disasssembling the bolt. I highly recommend downloading it if you have an H&R M12. You might need it someday:
