Gunsmith in Knoxville, Tn. Area

Bob Howard recently moved to Knoxville Tactical after Predator closed. It's off 75 at exit 112, just north of town. He's screwing a Broughton barrel on a Bat action for me now. He's more than capable of doing everything you listed.
