Gunsmith for Ruger Mark 3 ??

I live in Houston Texas and am looking for a gusmith who can work on/customize a Ruger Mark 3 pistol. ANy reccomendations?

Probably can do it yourself. Thousands of others cant be wrong.

Replace sear, trigger, remove LCI and get rid of mag safety. All those can be done in less than 1 hr by 90% of all shooters.
