Guns and Gear Store

Has anyone dealt with the Guns and Gear Store in Waite Park, Minnesota? I am about to order some Leupold items and they seem to have the best prices for what I want. Are they OK to deal with?

What about the OpticsPlanet in Northbrook, Illinois?
 
I have been in their store two times. They are fairly new but very friendly and helpful in person. I do not know anythkng about thyeir mail order business. About all I can say is that they do exist.
