We all know that the owner didn't build this. So some where there is a builder/contractor that took his money and then most likely ratted him out, or maybe has been suggested he ran his mouth. The builder that did the work without "approval " should be in more trouble than the owner in my opinion. This kind of over regulation is the worst thing that happened to the world, and it happened under thew watchful eye of all of us baby boomers. And we didn't stop it.
