I ran into a huge issue with a Grizzly lathe that is used in our shop. Customer service has been no help! Does anyone know Shraz's user name so I can PM him direct. I hate to resort to this but I am out of options with this issue.

Problem solved!!

Shiraz was a huge help and a great guy.

Just a side note
The lathe problem was caused by operator error and had nothing to do with the quality of the machine.
