I know this may be the wrong place to post for something I want to buy, but still thought it may get more attention here. I am looking for a complete tail stock assembly for the above mentioned lathe. I am sure there are other branded lathes that are the exact same. Please PM me if you can help.

If I was in your position, I would part out the lathe you have and you will wind up with more than enough to replace the machine you have.

But yes, There are many lathes that are the same as yours with different brand names stuck on them, Birmingham, Acra, Jet, and Kent Usa are just a few, And If I parted out the lathe I would include those names in my ad.

ETA:

Type GHB 1340 into google images and you will see many machines that share the same parts.

Everything from the Chuck going to the right all the way to the tailstock end is pretty much the same on the GHB 1340 and the BD 1340 lathes Or BH, GH being gear head and BD or BH being belt head.
