Recently, i contacted two different companies with issues on recent orders. The issues with each were from my end, and in no way any fault of either company. The folks i talked to went out of the way to help me, and even called back to follow up. Not only do each make great products, the service is first rate as well.

Thanks for all the positive responses. I'm as guilty as anyone of complaining when i have a problem, but we need to give credit when it's due.
