GREAT SCOTT ORDER FORM FAILURES

There seems to be no fix for this. I dont know if its people from this board only or from other
sources. I have in place a simple set of instructions in RED that says READ before filling out
this form.
If the order progresses enough for me to have contact info for that buyer, we can
possibly complete the transaction. In most cases all I get is a FAILED order notice., w/o any
personal information. Reasons for FAILURE:
1.Delivery address is a MISMATCH for your registered address(NO DROP SHIPMENTS)

2.You have entered information that doesnt match what's on file w/your card co.

3.Unknowing to you, your CC co maybe ANTIGUN and will void the transaction

4. My form is suppose to be 100% compatible w/all electronics. I am learning from
customers that this is not always true. Try a desktop if you order has failed.

5. As a last resort I do take personal cks w/same day shipping if you are a silver or gold member. My address is on the web site.

These are the most common, and once you have errored 3time it will kick you out
for the day.
This same information is on my order form, but if you dont read it,

I made a pop up that comes up when you go to check out that says that the addresses have to match.

That fixed most of the problems.
 
The mis match I can handle by contacting the buyer. These failures that are not specific, are the real problem. Both the buyer and I don't know the problem, so it's next to impossible to fix. If a buyer has several fails, and it finally goes through, I need to know what he changed. I have tried on several occasions to get that information, and for some reason I get no replies. LDS
