Got set up at 5pm. 1st coyote at 547pm, 2nd at 610pm, 3rd at 613pm, 4th at 715pm 5th at 827pm.
All near cattle, all walk ins no calling cept for squeaking to stop em.
After #2 as I stood to drag it #3 comes trotting in as I quickly scan, darn I just looked thay way. It stopped as it saw me standing, sat fast, got on it and down it goes.
A very mangy one came in fast when I squeaked at it, would not stop at all, dropped at 42 steps, sheesh.
I called it at 8pm to take bodies to dead pile a mile off.
Got to dead pile making all kinds of noise make a quick scan and of all things a coyote is walking in a semi circle, grab gun, rested on bed edge and thwaaap down it goes.
That made #5 within 2.5 hrs, I'm smiling.
Sent pics, texted rancher, they are happy.
The 4 before going to dead pile, tailgate w all 5 at dump spot.
Just me. 6x6.8, ar15, 65g max on top of h335
