Has anyone tried any of the new Grayboe stocks???
Supposed to be solid fiberglass w/ aluminum bedding block.
Pillars included.

I got my Renegade in about a week ago. Quality is good. Pillar bedded. Mine came inletted for M5 bottom metal. Almost identical to an A5. I am toying with either DIY or having someone install the loggerhead adjustable cheek piece in it.

I spoke with a guy from Grayboe before I purchased. We talked for a while but that was one question I didn't ask. He did mention the process is different from the traditional way McMillian stocks are made. I can take pictures if that will help you.

Remington is using them on some of their models (American Wilderness). It says they're made with a high degree of fiberglass under high heat and pressure to produce a very stable stock.

It is well built. Once I can figure out which tool to use to cut the stock, I am going to attempt a loggerhead ACP install. At the price point, I feel like I can afford to tinker.
