Got my new 6 BR

I had Boatright Custom guns build me a 6 BR on a Nesika action and had them order me a Krieger barrel and they put this in a Shehane Indian paint laminated stock. I have done some load development and I can shoot in the high ones and low twos.I use 33 grains of varget and berger 65 grain pills and I can stack them on top of one another.I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who wants a beautiful and accurate 6 BR.This picture was taken inside their 100 yard indoor range and sent to me via email.

Very nice gun Rifleman1! How long's the barrel and what twist are you running. I've got an 8 twist and I've always been curious how it would work with the small match bullets.

I forgot to tell you the barrel length, duh! Its 27" long

Yep I've got a 27" on the Savage 6BR. Good length for this caliber. I'm not sure one really sees much extra V past 28", at least with a standard case. In the future we'll get a 30" for some cut-down tests and know for sure. Love that stock--I think it's one of the best-looking laminates you can buy. Bill Shehane does a nice job.
