Good Sightron Customer Service

Shout out to Sightron. Due to my coordination and young age (74) I dropped my benchrest rifle on the cement floor, cracked the stock, which BC’Z has fixed, had sightron SVED scope on it, couldnt unlock the elevation turret, it was bent, drove the sunshade into the threads at an angle. Called Sightron, told them the story, said send it in and they would take a look at it. Technically this is not covered by the warranty, because it was my fault. They replaced the elevation assembly, the dress ring and sunshade, cleaned and reset it to factory specs. Had it back to me in about a week and a half. No charge. Makes me a firm believer in Sightron Scopes

I own four Sightron scopes and love them all. Two were bought from Lancexxx on this site and two were bought used. One of the used ones had a focus problem, I sent it in to Sightron and had it back in a week and a half its perfect now.
You can't go wrong with Sightron and Lancexxx has the best prices.

Awesome, had a similar incident, was knocked out of the cleaning cradle on top of table, hit floor(3' fall)....by a cat...seemed ok, even did a box test seemed ok. But at the next 2 matches, scores were way down. Sightron fixed bent windage shaft, and something else, no charge. And like the op, I had owned up to it being my fault. Sent back in 2 weeks, no charge !!! That is why I have a Sightron scope I'm going to buy from Lancexxx when his shipment arrives.....

Unbelievable that they would repair all that! Always did like Sightron.

What's really great is that the stories are because of owners fault, not out of the box problems.....plus, when I received my scope back, there were 2 boxes from Sightron..... One obviously wasn't mine(was an SIII though) so I called Sightron and told them...it was a scope for another customer, and they didn't know where it had gone...so they sent that customer a NEW scope.....they thanked me over and over, sent a will call tag....about a week later, I received a box from Sightron with 2 hats in it.....was unexpected and totally appreciated....that's why my next one will be my 4th....rsbhunter

ditto!!! I've never had to use their service center but I've switched all my scopes over to them. I've used march, nf, vortex, weaver, Leupold, most of the decent scopes. never an alpha glass(out of my budget range  ) and for the upper middle class I dont think there are any BETTER(in this class most are really good) but then factor in the $$ and they are tuff to beat. its good to hear that their service is first class too!! good day y'all.

I’ll give Sightron another plug. I had bought a discontinued 10 power 42mm obj SIII scope a while back and was wanting a sunshade for it. Shot a email to them asking for correct number of shade for that scope, and received a helpful reply shortly. I ordered it off their accessories page and it shipped free with no tax, can’t beat that! Shipped same day as ordered and the only other retailer that had it online would of been $9.95 shipping plus tax.

I had one S III. One elk season where it rained hard all four days, the scope fogged inside the glass, making it useless.
Sent it in, they said it didn't have a problem.
The fog would only show up in low 40°'s temps, and cleared after ~3 years. It has a nice, fine duplex reticle, so I still use it, but it'll never see any more field use.
I've purchased ~ 8 scopes since, and not looked at Sightron for a single one.

My Favorites also...and I have NF Comps and the Sightrons work better with my eyes.
'You really need to look through them in Compettition to get the real story..and everyone's eyes are
different..took me a long time to find what works best for me....and sold a bunch of stuff too
that didnt work well.
