Good Gunsmith in Winston-Salem Area?

Need a good smith that can cut, thread and chamber barrels for precision rifles. Also may need some threading work if the suppressor thing gets good after the first of the year.

Anyone in the W-S or Greensboro area would be great.

As many have stated in previous threads for smiths, USPS goes everywhere. I like Alex wheeler for barrel work, I think he's second to none. Along with Zack Donovant of ODCR, and Lee Gardner. All three are class acts and extremely helpful.

Blake Gann in Stoneville NC 336-453-4127 He is not far from you I just drove there from Concord NC it was 105 miles one way I'd say he is about 40 miles from you . He will get you in and out fast .

Thank you James. FYI, I am about 2 hours, or less, from G'boro as I am in Lincolnton. So OP would have a short run. This time of the year, when I am not competing, I am on a 1-4 week turnaround, usually. Just depends on whether I get time in the shop as I do barrel work for fun, not $$. I am doing several bbls this weekend, so if you dropped it off tomorrow, it would be ready for pickup Monday.

I can personally attest to Blake's pistol work. I know he does match .22 rifles as well.
He is very talented and a nice guy.
