Some athletes are the best in the world but have no skills to teach another their talents. Those that posses the skills and abilities to win and convey those to another are the best people in the world. They are what carry on the sport. The shooting world needs people who know how and are willing to teach more now than ever. Those that can develop a champion are better than the winners themselves. I really think people have lost touch of what this stuff and hunting are even about in today’s society. Sucesss is measured by plaques and deer mounts but there’s a whole lot more that should be focused on.

I think the word you're looking for is patience . Providing patients for new shooters to practice on is against the law in most states. At least for now.
