Monday/Tuesday out p-dogging w/results of hundreds removed.
Just a tad under 600 rounds into them.
Mr Whatcha Doing Antelope drops in as closed as 80 yards to maybe 200 yards just grazing away while I'm shooting p-dogs that pop up and bark at him. He looks at me every few minutes, walks toward me until he is done checking me out. Heck I was close enough Tuesday to put a rope around his neck & lead him right to my freezer, (well almost). Course I am sure I would of had a horn stuck in my belly trying that.
Vids and 1 picture of what the rest of the p-dogs looked like.
Shooting an average of 289 yards, max was 389.
Today started of dismal with the low clouds, misty rain-fog until about 10 am when the sun finall burned through. The p-dogs came out.
Would you all take this Antelope?
I got busted walking into a bottom land full of cattle by 3 coyote before the above all started. I was just not ready & nothing I could do but cuss at myself.
Several other coyotes seen, but no takers today to the calling in the foggy, rainy, misty hour we gave it a shot in.

See I'm really doing them in....hahah It was a 226 yard hit, .223 Savage, 50g vmax.

About half of my p-dog shooting is done prone since I move a lot around the hills & valleys. Click to play.
