Glock bulge in 40 brass?

was thinking of handloading my new Glock 22, so I started looking it up online to see what was the best load to start at and found that it is a Ford/Chevy thing. But most people that are against reloading the .40 is because of the unsupported chamber in Glocks. This got me looking at all my brass that I have shot and found a bulge in my brass. In almost all of them. It is about 3/4 of the way down the case. Not in the web of the case but in the wall. I think Im going to stick with factory loads for now. But should I call Glock and see if they could send me a new barrel or should I just stay with it? Is it safe? Thanks in advance

Keep shooting factory ammo in the un-supported chambered Combat Tupperware.

A pass thru die to iron out the bulge is an option, but the primer pocket is supposed to be the weak link of the equation not the case sidewall.

There are several options depending on how many 40s you plan to load.

1. Lee, and Redding and maybe others offer pass throught dies as discussed.

2. Case Pro makes the Case Pro 100 a true roll sizer that you can buy die plates for many different cases. I have one and it works well.

3. Scharch sells a comercial drum type roll sizer.

I run thousands of rounds (reloads) thru my 22 & haven't had an issue EXCEPT when I tryed to hot rod a few. Back down a tenth or 2. Bad guy won't know the difference.
